We are ask to do assignment BEL 260 by Madam Aries. So...... these are the result of my assignment!

Question no. 1

Mobile phones have made a big difference in our lives. Since it was introduce to us to communicate with other people in 1988, mobile phones have many varieties use to fulfil the user from time to time to make it more efficient on the same level with our need until today. When the first mobile phone was introduce, it has brought many changes for us to use especially in our daily life which is from the communication until its have more use such as sending text messaging, surfing the internet, taking pictures, sharing videos, make a video call, playing games, and more. The features in the mobile phone will make our daily more efficient and increase our needs such as in business, society, education and so on. Hence, that why mobile phone made a big difference in our lives just because it’s was give more privilege to use to make better in our quality of life.

Question No.2

Primary school students should be allowed to carry mobile phones to school. This is because lately, we heard too many news about kidnapping, rape, and most of the cases found that after they kidnapped or rape the victims, they were found death. This will make the parents worry about their children safety. From that situation, primary school students should be allowed to carry mobile phones to make them easier and felt safe such as they can make a direct call to their parents, teachers, or police station if they are in such situation. Besides that, when the primary students have their mobile phones with them all the time, they can inform their parents at what time they should be pick up after school and also know where they are and with whom they go out. At the same time, parents will not too worry about their children and it will reduce problems such as kidnapping. However, primary school students should know the ethics of using the mobile phones for their safety by not using it wrongly.


Question no.3

Women should carry mobile phones. Nowadays, there are 73% of women have their own career in high level more than men. This is because women nowadays are very busy and determinate to their career and makes more competitors whether it is between men and women itself. It will make them more quality to their work by carry mobile phones such as a secretary, manager or chief executive officer needs mobile phones to make their work become easier and make them to layout their work schedule orderly. Besides that, mobile phones are very useful to women for their safety from robber or rapists that would make women safety threatened by them. In modern life, every woman should carry mobile phones anywhere to make their work more effective and women will also felt more safe where ever they go.


Question no.4

Extensive use of mobile phones can cause health problems. This is because mobile phones emit electromagnetic radiation that concerns have been raised about cancer risks that may pose when it used for long periods of time. Besides that, for sure the radiation will affect our brain. The radiation will cause to lost bit f we have of our memory. So, if we have memories or study something, we will lose 20% of the thing we memorise. Besides that, the usage of mobile phones affect our rest and we will felt depress because whenever the phone ring, we will awake and will make us forget that we are sleeping. Most of students nowadays love to wear headset with their phones loudly and this will affect our hearing. For this reason, some health authorise have urged that the precautionary principle be observed, recommending that use and proximity to the head be minimized, especially by children.

Question no.5

Mobile phones are the bane of society. There are many disadvantages by using mobile phones in our society misuse in public area such as hospital, school, and college. As an example, some of the students use mobile phones cheating on tests, harassing other people, causing threats to the school security, and facilitating gossip and other social activity in school. With the existence of multimedia that allows us to share photos and videos, the community have wrongly used it such as downloading and uploading pornography. Many mobile phones use is banned while driving in some states, either for adolescent drivers or everyone. Text messaging and wireless internet is banned while driving in most areas because of safety precaution. Hence, the usage of mobile phones will affect our daily life and may leads to harmful to our mental and physical.
